basicDIM ILD G2 is the practical Plug & Play system for simple, local applications. The PIR (Passive Infrared Sensor) controls the DALI luminaires using DALI broadcast commands. This reduces the effort needed for addressing and grouping. Significant savings potential can be achieved by considering daylight and occupancy. Manual dimming is possible by using classic push-buttons or a simple remote control.

THE INTELLIGENT SENSOR
The central element of basicDIM ILD G2 is a PIR sensor that autonomously controls up to 64 luminaires. Dependent on daylight and presence. But manual dimming is also possible. Sensors are available for low ceiling heights starting from 2.5 m, medium ceiling heights up to 8 m, or sensors for high ceilings up to 16 m, e.g., for high-bay warehouses or industrial halls. The basicDIM ILD G2 sensors can be expanded with up to eight additional MSensors (DALI-2). This significantly increases the detection area.
Simple setup - simple to change settings
The infrared remote control basicDIM ILD G2 PROGRAMMER is available to easily adjust the regulation. All relevant settings, such as the desired light level, follow-up times, etc., can be configured. No additional commissioning or maintenance tools are necessary. The range is up to 20 metres.
basicDIM ILD G2 on TECTON - Control system on tracks
BasicDIM ILD G2 is also available as a ready-made module for Tecton. Two integrated DALI bus power supplies with a total output of 140 mA ensure that the system can also control heavily populated TECTON rails without any issues. Other sensors from the TECTON MSENS family are available to increase the detection range.

Like any DALI controller, the BasicDIM ILD G2 requires a DALI bus supply. The DALI PS offers an appropriate DALI power supply with up to 70 mA available. Its special feature: two power supplies can be combined to increase the current to up to 140 mA.
